• Headache with all type: Primary as Migraine, IIH and secondary types to any ENT causes, dental and other causes of facial pain
• Cognitive Problems as: MCI: mild cognitive impairment, delerium, dementia with all types: Alzheimer, Vascular, Hakim Adam’s syndrome: curable dementia, Dementia due to systemic disease
• Epilepsy: diagnosis and management of all types: primary, vs secondary, Focal vs generalized
• Cerebrovascular diseases: TIA: Transient Ischaemic attacks, Ischaemic vs hemorragic, Acute and subacute stroke management, need for thrombectomy diagnosis, rTPA managent for acute stroke, subarachinoid hemmorrhage and manag of chronic stroke: putting lines and directions for long term manage
• Multiple Sclerosis: Diagnosis and managent and DD from mimics
• Movement Disorders: Parkinson’s disease, Parkinsonism, Dystonia, chorea,Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Akathesia and others
• Pain diagnosis and management in Trigeminal neuralgia and facial pain, Cervico-Lumbar Spondylosis, Meralgia Paresthetica, Herpes Zoster Neuralgia and others
• Neuromuscular disorders: Myasthenia Gravis, Myotonia, Myopathy, ALS: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
